After two or three years of discussing the possibility of creating a beer together, Doug Hurst of Chicago’s Metropolitan Brewing and I finally arranged to brew together in 2010. I had so much fun that day that I went home and called every brewer I knew and asked if I could collaborate with them. This page is devoted to the many projects on which I have been gifted to work. – cf
